Preferred Employer Discounts: We are offering preferred employer discounts for first responders, healthcare workers, and employees of Clemson University.
Application Fee: $75 per leaseholder applicant and $50 per occupant applicant. $50 per guarantor/Co-Signer. Application fees are non-refundable.
Administration Fee: $250 - non-refundable, with the exception of a denied application.
Rental Deposit: A security deposit equal to one half of one month’s rent will be required. The deposit must be paid within 72 hours of approval for all apartments. Additional security deposit may also be collected at time of lease signing if application is “Accepted with conditions”.
Application Outcome: If the application is declined, you will be notified in writing. If your application is declined or is accepted with conditions, you will be given the name, address, and telephone number of the consumer reporting agencies that provided the consumer information to us. If you are declined for unsatisfactory credit you can obtain a copy if the credit report, correct any erroneous information that may be on the report, and submit a new application to the community for further consideration. If application is cancelled for any reason, you withdraw an application, or notify us that you’ve changed your mind about renting the apartment, we will be entitled to retain any application/reservation fees and the parties will then have no further obligation to each other.
Pet Guidelines: A pet is considered to be a: dog or cat, but may also include other animals. Breed restrictions apply and are subject to change. (Doberman, Chow, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Akita, Shar Pei, Mastiff, Dalmatian, Husky, Ferrets, any exotic animals or reptiles, any animals prohibited by local ordinances.) There is a weight restriction of 50lbs per animal. No other types of pets are permitted. Resident must include pet information during the application phase and register their pet with Easley Mill Lofts at the time of move-in. The following additional fees will apply: $450, non-refundable pet fee. Pet rent of $35 per pet. Maximum of two (2) pets per household. Fish tanks are to be no larger than five (5) gallons.
Utility Package: All apartments are charged a flat fee of $75 per month for a utility package fee that covers internet, valet trash, pest control, and renter insurance.
Qualifying Rental Criteria
Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.
Income: Income verification is required during the application process.
Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.
Rental History: We run rental history checks.
